You agree to use Epistles only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Our anti-spam policy

You may not use the service to send unsolicited commercial email (spam).

5. Credits and Payment

Epistles uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as emails are sent. Credits do not expire. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

6. Email Sending

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from all recipients before sending emails through our platform. Every email sent through Epistles includes an unsubscribe link as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Epistles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any email delivery failures, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our acceptable use policy. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.
